Biopathology
Whether you are an inpatient or an outpatient, GENESIS’s laboratories perform all medical laboratory tests pertaining to woman health, namely, microbiology, hematology, immunology, biochemistry, molecular biology, and prenatal testing.
Modern analyzers are available in the Department and all procedures are fully automated. Test reports come back quickly and are kept in electronic patient records. Patients’ medical histories are kept on file over time, enabling the provision of robust, efficient, and high-quality services. Additionally, the option of retrieving previous test results is provided, thus preventing the need for pointless examinations.
Blood samplings are carried out in separate rooms with a spacious waiting area. In the welcoming and secure environment of GENESIS, you can take advantage of all the benefits of a private hospital, including 24-hour daily operation, ongoing presence of a biopathologist and other medical specialties, as well as the convenience of parking.
Please note that GENESIS’s Biochemical Laboratory has received accreditation from the Hellenic Accreditation System (ESYD) in accordance with ISO 15189:2012 Standard.
