The personal data we collect and process is your identification and contact information, your personal data regarding your professional and academic life as well as any other information you may have sent us. If you are called for an interview with a representative of our company, we may also collect data that you will report to us during the interview. In addition, we may collect the results of your evaluation, which is performed by the representative of our company during your interview.
The purpose of processing your data is to serve the legal interests pursued by the Company under article 6 par. 1f of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and, in particular, the evaluation of natural persons who express their interest in working with the Company, thus helping the Company to choose the appropriate staff.
The Company may disclose your CV to other companies of the Parent Group it belongs to. The Company will never send your CV to a third party, however, your CV may be accessed by partners of the Company who provide technical support to the Company’s IT infrastructure.
The Company will not transmit your personal data to countries outside the European Union (EU).
The Company will retain your personal data for one (1) year. After that, your personal data will be erased.
At any time you wish to do so, you have the right to access your CV, the right to object (justified opposition) and prevent processing, the right to rectification, the right to data portability, and the right to erasure of your personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr), in the event of a breach of your personal data.
