- For your attendance at the event organized by the company “The Gift of Breastfeeding” at THE MET HOTEL (November 25, 2023) , you will be asked to provide information such as your full name and email address. In addition, you will be asked whether you are currently pregnant or not for the purpose of delivering the corresponding gifts. Furthermore, due to the social nature of the event, participants are informed that photography and video recording will take place during the event by collaborating professionals.
- The purpose of collecting and processing personal data is to ensure the smooth process of registering for the event and your physical presence at it, as well as to deliver the relevant gifts to the winners and/or notify them by email.
- The legal basis for data processing is your consent, granted herein, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, through your acceptance of the terms and conditions of participation and the information on the processing of personal data.

- The Company will retain your data for 1 month after the event has ended. Specifically for winners, the data will be retained until the prize has been redeemed. Please note that prizes cannot be transferred to a third party and are strictly personal.
